FATAL HEAD ON TRAFFIC COLLISION – MULTIPLE INJURIES – SANTA FE/ORANGE AVE – CHP INCIDENT #00433.

  
October 13, 2015 at approximately 10:48pm; a two vehicle head on traffic collision occurred on Santa Fe just south of Orange Ave.  Escalon Emergency Personnel responded to a report of multiple vehicles involved in a traffic collision and that two people were still pinned in a vehicle that was blocking the roadway.  There was a report of an unknown third vehicle involved.  

On arrival Fire Personnel pronounced one of the victims dead at the scene and the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Office Coroner was called out.  A second victim was removed from one of the vehicles with the jaws of life and taken to Doctors Medical Center with major injuries.  Other injuries to victims unknown.  CHP arrived to take jurisdiction of the accident scene and to complete the accident report.
