TUNDRA PICK-UP VS. WHITE INFINITY SUV – TRAFFIC COLLISION.

ESCALON, CALIFORNIA – At approximately 4:08pm.

The Escalon Fire Department, Escalon Ambulance Services and California Highway Patrol responded to an injury accident that occurred on Escalon Bellota Road and Lone Tree Road.  A Toyota Tundra struck the side of an Infinity SUV when one or both failed to yield at the intersection.  The crash sent the Toyota pick-up truck into a newly planted walnut orchard and the Infinity came to rest on the shoulder of Lone Tree Road.  The airbags in both vehicles deployed on impact.  One person was transported by ambulance to a hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.  McDowell and Davis tow services was dispatched to remove the vehicles.
