REAR-END TRAFFIC COLLISION ON HIGHWAY 120 AND CARROLTON ROAD.

ESCALON, CALIFORNIA – At approximately 9:13am.
The California Highway Patrol and Emergency Personnel were dispatched to a minor-injury vehicle accident that occurred on Highway 120 just west of Carrolton Road this morning.  It appeared that both vehicles were traveling westbound on Highway 120 when the accident occurred.  The tan Toyota Camry was struck from behind by the red Nissan Maxima while attempting to turn left from Highway 120 into a business.  Both drivers were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries.  The accident did cause some traffic delays in the area.  McDowell & Davis Towing was on scene clearing the vehicles and debris from the roadway.  After the roadway was cleared the traffic in the area returned to normal.
