Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) honored and recognized law enforcement officers at a luncheon.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) honored and recognized law enforcement officers at a luncheon in Ripon for their efforts to stop the crime of DUI. These officers represented agencies from the San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Calaveras counties. 

DUI enforcement is an area that the Escalon Police Department is focused on in an effort to keep our motoring public safe from drunk drivers.  

This year Officer Dave Armendariz was the recipient of this award for the Escalon Police Department, for having the highest total of DUI arrests for the year. 

Congratulations Officer Armendariz for a job well done.
