Escalon Parade of Lights 2016 – Photo Album.

It was a cold evening with warm hearts celebrating Escalon’s Christmas on Main and the beautiful Parade of Lights.

Again, this year many community members turned out for the Escalon Christmas celebration on Main Street.

People of all ages lined both sides of Main Street viewing the parade entries, as the little ones scrambled for the candy that was tossed.

The event actually started around 3pm with vendors opening at that time.

Folks enjoyed the vendor booths, music on stage, the fire pits with S’mores before and after the parade.

The parade ended with the arrival of Santa Claus aboard one of the local fire trucks and Santa being guided to the stage for photos with the children.

Organizers even had snowmaking machines for the patrons to enjoy.

It was a great evening for all.
