Inmate Escapes Honor Farm

San Joaquin County, California.

On January 13, 2017, at 1:36 pm, San Joaquin Custody Officers found a shoe on the ground and an inmate jacket on the north fence of the Honor Farm.

A Jail count was conducted and it revealed that inmate Tramaine Stacey Norwood was unaccounted for. He was currently being held on the charge of burglary. He was also an AB109 inmate.
