NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ESCALON PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Escalon, will hold a public hearing at a regular scheduled meeting of Febuary 14, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. This will take place at the Escalon Council Chambers located at City Hall at 2060 McHenry Avenue in Escalon, California 95320. The Commission will hear public testimony, consider evidence, and reports of all interested parties for the purpose of consideration related to the following matters:
Project Application 16-672-Tentative Parcel Map (Lot Split) 654 First Street, Escalon Assessor’s Parcel # 225-060-11.
Application is requesting approval of a Tentative Parcel Map to split the existing 36,000 sq. ft. infill lot into three (3) lots in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District. This project is Class 32 Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act – Infill Development Projects
A copy of the above mentioned proposed ordinance is on file for public review at Escalon City Hall, City Clerks office during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For further information on the above matters may be obtained or viewed at the Planning Division. If you wish to challenge the nature of the above actions in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Escalon, at or prior to the public hearing. All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express opinions or submit evidence for or against the proposal on the date, place and time as outlined above.
