Riverbank Police Services Detectives Investigate Stabbing

Riverbank, CA – On 03-16-17 at about 3:23 p.m., Riverbank Police Services deputies were dispatched to a stabbing at the Coblestone Bakery located at 6601 3rd Street in Riverbank, CA. The victim was transported to a local emergency room where he was treated for a non-life threatening injury.

Deputies learned the victim was standing outside of the Bakery when the suspect approached him. The suspect walked into the business and the victim followed him. There was a brief argument and the suspect stabbed the victim one time in the stomach. The suspect then fled the business.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult and detectives a seeking the public’s help with information on this investigation.
