Subject: Escalon Park Fete Parade on Saturday, July 15, 2017.

The Escalon Park Fete will take place during the week of July 9th, 2017, with various activities leading to Saturday, July 15th, 2016, when there will be a Parade. The Escalon Lions Club & Escalon American Legion Post 263 are organizing the Parade for the Park Fete, and we are inviting you to participate.

(Note: A parade entry form is enclosed for your convenience)

The Parade will start at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 15th. Please check in at registration table near 3rd and Coley St, at the north end of the old Police Headquarters Bldg, across street from Post Office, for your assignment location, by 10:00 a.m.

All Parade entries should be in position by 10:45 a.m. The start of the Parade will be announced with the sounding of vintage air-raid siren, at 11:00 a.m.
Parking for larger vehicles and trailers is available just off Main Street at 4th Street, across from the Tire Shop, and can be reached from Hwy 120 by 3rd Street.

While we welcome horse entries, our Parade will not be a CHSA event.
(Note: All entries with horses, will be responsible for their own clean-up)
The Escalon Park Fete Parade organizers reserve the right to refuse any inappropriate or dangerous Parade entries.

We look forward to your parade entry and hope you will enjoy the entire festival. Please return the completed entry form, to the American Legion Post 263, as soon as possible or by 12 July, to provide us time to organize the Parade entries.
