Occurred at Highway 120 and Plaza Avenue, Escalon. Railroad crossing at location has been down for over 15 minutes, lights are also flashing, per reporting party there is a train 200 yards to the north but it has not moved.  Reporting party is eastbound on Highway 120.  Disposition: Log note only.
