Non-Injury Vehicle Accident – Solo Vehicle hits stop sign, power pole and knocks out power to 19 PG&E customers on Irwin Avenue. Escalon Police Department, Escalon Fire Department, and PG&E responded to the accident.
Occurred at First Street and Irwin Avenue, Escalon. Black Dodge Durango ran stop sign at First Street and Irwin Avenue after running a red light at McHenry Avenue and First Street, truck is pulled to the curb, per reporting party the stop sign that was hit landed on a parked vehicle at the residence on the corner of location. Witnesses on scene said that the pole power was vibrating so hard after the impact that it snapped the powerline. Disposition: Report Taken.
