24th Annual Autumn Cruise Hosted By Escalon Lions Club

Its that time of year again! The Escalon Lions Club will host it’s 24th Annual Autumn Cruise this September 9th, 2017. The festivities will take place at the Main Street Park and surrounding streets of downtown, starting at 8 a.m. and finishing up around 4 p.m.

The Escalon Lions Club High School scholarship fund receives all proceeds from this event.

Car registration on the day of the show starts at 8:00 a.m. and continues until noon.

Pre-registration for vehicles has already started and runs through September 1st, with a registration fee of $40.00 After September 1st, the fee is raised to $45.00. Registration fees do include two lunch tickets; one lunch ticket and one commemorative T-shirt; or one lunch ticket and one hat. There will be goodie bags and calendars provided to the first 150 to register.

Breakfast will be available at the Grange Hall on Saturday, September 9th from 7:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., provided by the local American Legion Riders.  Support your local veterans and purchase a breakfast.

The show and shine runs from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.; with lunch served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and car judging from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

There will be vendors and a 50/50 raffle at the event, with drawings and other raffle items available as well. There will be pin striping by Denise Corbett, DJ Gene Adams providing the music, a treasure chest, and a participants only $500 cash drawing.

Over 60 separate awards will be given out at this event.
