Escalon Lions 25th Annual Autumn Cruise 2018.

  Over the last 24 years the Escalon Lions Club has been hosting its annual car show that benefits the Lions Club High School Scholarship fund. This show has become one of the better known shows in Northern California. Generally drawing over 300 entrants and hundreds more in spectators. As the show has grown from twelve cars back in 1993, the Lions Club has raised nearly $400,000 dollars that have been given as scholarships to Escalon High School Seniors.  This is now the Lions Club’s largest fund raiser for the scholarship fund.

  The Lions Club is in the beginning phases of the sponsorship drive for this year’s show, which is also the Silver Anniversary. They are hoping to make this one of the biggest shows in celebration. The main event will be on Sept 8th, 2018 at Main Street Park. They will be having three pre-show events leading up to the main event at the park. These shows will be held at the park on Friday evenings May 25th, June 15th and July 20th between 5 and 7:30 PM at the Main Street Park.  The entry fee is $40.00 before September  1st, 2018. After September 1st it will cost $45.00 up to the day of the event.
